About the Event
In this workshop we will explore our relationship with our Higher Self and spirituality. We will discuss what spirituality means to us, and how a connection to what is beyond our ego can often help us navigate stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm. We will practise mindfulness techniques and learn how to work with the scope of our awareness, along with the breath, to regulate the nervous system.
