Lori's Bio
Lori L. Cangilla, Ph.D., is a Pennsylvania licensed psychologist, consultant, and author who specializes in working with highly sensitive people and therapists, gifted adults, and creatives.
She created the Singularly Sensitive approach to provide customized services to sensitive souls who struggle to have all parts of their personality validated and honored. Her first book is Wander and Delve: A Journal for Bright, Creative, Highly Sensitive People Forging Their Way (2023)
Lori incorporates narrative, holistic, and mindfulness approaches into her work, with a particular focus on journaling for self-discovery, self-acceptance, and growth. Clients develop individualized, nuanced strategies to address worry and fears, creative blocks, performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, relationship struggles, career questions, and the issues that interfere with leading rich, meaningful lives.
