Highly Sensitive Humans shares monthly, online educational and experiential workshop for Highly Sensitive People. The workshops provide background on what it means to be highly sensitive, along with practical tools and resources to support your journey towards greater well-being. Most importantly, all the workshops are a chance to connect with a community of like-minded people!


The workshops are based on topics which are shared in the Highly Sensitive Hub - where each month a new bundle is release based on a specific theme. Although, you don't need to be a member to join the workshops - I highly recommend it to get full access to all the resources available!I It is also amazing value for money! The themes are currently:

  • How to Mindfully Navigate Difficult Emotions 

  • Skills for Self-Care & Self-Compassion

  • The Core Self and Setting Healthy Boundaries

  • Authentic Communication and Expression

  • Connecting with our Values and Purpose

  • Awareness, Expansion and Connection

The cost is only $14 or £​10 to join. All workshops are free for members of the Highly Sensitive Hub

Each month I also hold a Mindful Healing Space. This is a space for us to meet, share, explore a specific theme, and do a guided mindfulness practice together.

The general format includes:

-Welcome, introductions and sharing

-Explore a specific theme related to our journey and healing. This might be around letting go, self-compassion, entering flow, exploring energetic blockages, connecting with our authentic selves - whatever arises at the moment!

-A guided mindfulness practice or visualization together

-Time for questions, reflections and closing

The cost is only $7 or £​5 to join. All workshops are free for members of the Highly Sensitive Hub
