About the Event
The Mindful Healing Space takes place on the last Wednesday of every month! This is be a space for us to meet, share, explore and do a guided mindfulness practice together. The general format will include: -Welcome, introductions and sharing -We will explore a specific theme related to our journey and healing. This might be around letting go, self-compassion, entering flow, exploring energetic blockages, connecting with our authentic selves - whatever arises at the moment! -We will do a guided mindfulness practice or visualization together -Time for questions, reflections and closing I hope you can join us!
