About the Event

Welcome! This is the first of a series of monthly in-person meet-ups for Highly Sensitive People. Held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7.30-8.30pm @ Brighter Spaces in Islington. *Spaces are limited to 6 People!* (5 guests + myself because of COVID regulations) Each week we will explore a different topic related to Highly Sensitive People and learn ways to build resilience and manage stress using (mostly but not exclusively) mindful based approaches. In this workshop I will share some of the science behind stress and the nervous system and define what it means to be ‘resilient’. I will share the 7 areas for developing Resilience as a Highly Sensitive Person and the importance of using mindfulness as an essential tool to navigate your mental, emotional and physical health. We will do a mindful practice together and there will be time for questions/sharing! Most importantly, this is an opportunity to meet like minded people, form a community, friendships and get to know each other better! I hope to see you there :)
