As Highly Sensitive Person it’s likely that you have a number of limiting beliefs surrounding what it means to be sensitive.
The word sensitive is loaded with negative connotations such as: sensitivity is a weakness, it means you’re broken, fragile or vulnerable.
We often internalize these beliefs surrounding what it means to be ‘sensitive’ and might think ‘we need to toughen up’ or ‘it’s wrong to show our emotions.'
Unfortunately, these limiting beliefs can keep us stuck, dis-empowered and stop us from reaching our full potential.
In this workshop we will learn how to let go of old beliefs surrounding our sensitivity and step into new beliefs that empower us to celebrate our authentic and unique traits.
This is so important because if we continue to hold on to these limiting beliefs then we are likely to remain restricted and constantly live a life that feels in authentic.
Re-writing your beliefs will help you to feel more aligned with your authentic self and show up at work and in your relationships as your most authentic and true self.
