I'm excited to share this workshop, where we'll explore some of the common challenges many highly sensitive people face when it comes to setting healthy boundaries. 

As a Highly Sensitive Person, I've had to delve deep into this topic over the years! This might be learning how to say 'no' to someone/something or, on the other hand, not setting up an overly rigid wall in an attempt to protect yourself from pain or hurt.

We will discuss what it means to have healthy boundaries and what those boundaries might look like for us individually. We'll learn how to stay connected with our core, empowered, and authentic selves. I will guide us through a visualisation that brings deeper connection and awareness to our core self - the energetic centre of the solar plexus.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have a better picture of what your boundaries are; how to connect energetically with your core, authentic self and feel more empowered in your day-to-day life.
