About the Event

Boundaries are complex! They are also not ‘fixed’ and they are different for everyone.

As a HSP or for someone who is very empathetic it can be difficult to discern what healthy boundaries are.

For example, we might struggles to say ‘no’ to commitments or build up an overly strong 'wall' to prevent ourselves from feeling overwhelmed.

As a HSP I have delved deeply into this topic over the years! I discovered how to establish our boundaries in a much healthier way (without building up a wall or burning out!)

In this workshop I offer techniques that help us define what we mean by healthy boundaries, the different areas of our lives where these boundaries are important and what those boundaries looks like for us personally.

By the end of the workshop you’ll have a better picture of what your boundaries are and feel more empowered to navigate these in your day-to-day life.
