About the Event

Do you hold limiting beliefs about your sensitivity? Do you sometimes think sensitivity is weakness or you need to ‘toughen up’? Are you holding onto stories from the past that no longer hold true for you?

Our core beliefs (surrounding what it means to be sensitive) often come from our childhood or events in the past that taught us it wasn’t OK to be who we are.

Unfortunately, these beliefs can keep us stuck, disempowered and stop us from reaching our full potential. We end up denying our needs and authentic way of being.

In this workshop we will learn to identify our limiting beliefs and step into new beliefs that empower us and help us to celebrate our authentic and unique selves.

You will be guided through a reflective exercise, a meditation and there will be space for discussion and questions!

It is a great opportunity to meet other like minded people!

After the workshop you will be sent any resources I use, a recording of the meditation and the slides from the live workshop.
