Join us for our monthly community meetups where you will have the opportunity to meet myself and other HSP. We’ll start with a guided meditation and each month we explore a different theme in relation to being a HSP. This  month we'll be exploring the importance of cultivating self-compassion as Highly Sensitive People and learning how to find greater acceptance for all of who we are.
