About the Event
Many of us may find it difficult to prioritise our feelings and needs and express these authentically to others. This can be for a variety of reason - there might be a fear of conflict, a desire to keep peace with others or a belief that our feeling/needs are not important.
Supressing our feelings and needs leads to emotional and energetic blockages which will inevitably cause more stress or eventual burnout. Instead, we can learn to stay connected with our feelings and needs and express these honestly with others. This leads to better relationships, compassion and allignment in our selves.
This workshop will help you to recognise your own feelings and needs and the importance of speaking your truth. The tools I share will help you to approach conflict in a more compassionate and empathetic way.
We will also practice letting go of any blockages that might stop you from communicating openly with others and use meditation to let go of these blockages.
