Eva's Bio
I grew up in Melbourne, Australia, as part of a proud Greek-Australian family. My Greek heritage instilled in me the value of family, tradition, and human connection. From an early age, I was curious and attuned to the moods and emotions of those around me, as well as the dynamics of how people interacted—whether harmoniously or otherwise. I was also sensitive to the subtleties and energies of my environment. This deep awareness of myself and others has led me to identify as having highly sensitive traits and sparked a lifelong journey of exploring life, philosophy, psychology, rituals, and myths.
Over the past 25 years, I have established a consulting practice dedicated to supporting people through change by offering clinical support, coaching, and consulting services. In my counselling and coaching work, I help clients cultivate greater self-awareness and develop a compassionate understanding of the patterns and histories that may be holding them back.
Together, we work to overcome obstacles and create forward momentum in their lives. I bring curiosity, insight, and warmth to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. As a therapist and coach specialising in highly sensitive people (HSPs), I empower my clients to better understand their sensitivity, manage overstimulation, and establish healthier boundaries, enabling them to create more balanced and fulfilling lives.
