I work as a coach for HSP because I believe that we all have the capacity to develop these skills. I'm passionate about building a growing community for HSP to come together and to empower ourselves to share our unique gifts with the world.


From my personal journey and through coaching others I’ve now put together my best resources which help HSP to feel more resilient without sacrificing their own mental and physical health! These keys are what I share in my 1:1 coaching sessions and in the Highly Sensitive Hub!


Here’s some more fact about me and why I’m qualified to help you combat stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm as a HSP:


  • I’m Jules De Vitto - a coach and educator 

  • ​I have +4 years experience helping clients to overcome anxiety, stress and burnout and +11 years of teaching experience

  • I have a first class honours degree in psychology, a masters in Education and Transpersonal Psychology. I’m a qualified coach and mindfulness teacher

  • I’m a published author through Changemaker Books and John Hunt Publishers. I wrote Resilience: Navigating Loss in a Time of Crisis to help people through the Covid-19 Pandemic!

  • Featured in Psychology Today, Psych Central, Medium and Insight Timer

  • Accredited through the International Association of Coaches, Therapist and Mentors (IACTM), Transpersonal Coaching and Therapy Network (TCTN) and Authentic-Self-Empowerment.

  • I’m a Highly Sensitive Person and have been practicing mindfulness for over +10 years to find greater balance and reduce stress in my day-to-day life. I have personally overcome and recovered from numerous experiences of burnout!

  • Have experience working in a mindfulness based rehabilitation centre for pepple recovering from addiction, stress and burnout


  • Some fun facts: I’m a vegetarian and I love coffee! During my free time, I practice yoga, Les Mills body combat and I love to watch documentaries about science, psychology and spirituality! I’m an avid traveller and I lived in Asia for over 10 years before moving to London (my current home!) I'm also a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher and you'll often find me playing Tibetan Singing Bowls :)
